Description of the issue:
Dear Mr. and Mrs,
I'm trying to open a video sharing and education website for myself. The script I use, AVS, asks me to install "Open Basedir, php, ffmpeg and ffprobe". I would be grateful if you could help me, thank you in advance.

Welcome! Please don’t use our servers to host the video content you wish to share, as it creates unnecessary load on the servers. Instead, please upload the videos to a file sharing website like YouTube and embed them on your site.

ffmpeg and ffprobe are disabled on TinkerHost because they are using for video and file sharing websites, which we don’t allow or support.
