Description of the issue: Hello! I am trying to activate the SSL certificate. I generated the key and CSR and nothing happened. The certificate space is blank. What else should I do? It's only been processing for two days. Thanks

Hello

First issue that the thsite.top certificate you requested is not for the domain that is on your account (The spelling is different). However, if the is-best domain is the one you want the certificate for, then that one is setup correctly.

Next, In order to issue a certificate, you need to verify that you own the domain with the certificate authority (In this case, it is GoGetSSL). If you go to the page you screenshotted and select the “Processing” button, you will be prompted to set CNAME records on your domain to verify you own it. After the verification passes, the provider (GoGetSSL) will issue the certificate, which you can then install.

In time: you meant the "Verify" button and not "Processing", right?

Nothing will change until the certificate provider completes the verification, which may take up to 72 hours. Per the note in the success message: “Note that it can take a few hours for verification to complete, we'll let you know when it's time to install the certificate!”.

When the certificate is ready, the client area will allow you to install the issued certificate.

One more thing: when I choose an AUTOINSTALL GoGetSSL, is necessary to setup CNAME? Doesn't self-installation do this?

If you select AutoSSL to run when you create the certificate, the system will automatically add the CNAME records to your account, and wait for the certificate provider to issue the certificate. Once the certificate is issued, the AutoSSL process will detect that and automatically install the certificate for you.
