Taking another look at your account, it looks like there may have been an error when it was assigned to the system, causing it to be continuously flagged for abuse.
Please contact the support team (via a ticket in the client area) and ask them to un-suspend the account. You don’t need to provide more details than that, as they will only unsuspend it if the content is allowed.
Once you get the reactivation email, login to the client area, select the “Control Panel”, then the “Subdomains” section, and delete the domain from there. If you need a copy of your files and database (Even though you should always have a local backup), take them as well.
Back in the client area, create a new account with the same domain name, and once activated, upload your files and database(s). You can now delete the old account.
Wait up to 24 hours for the changes to take affect, and the site should work.
