Since yesterday this msg coming when I try to install wordpress with https

The certificate is not trusted in all web browsers. You may need to install an Intermediate/chain certificate to link it to a trusted root certificate. Learn more about this error. The fastest way to fix this problem is to contact your SSL provider.

Please help to solve this problem.

Install Wordpress with the http URL. After Installation, go into the settings in your wp admin panel, and change the URLs to the https version.
