How do I upload files with FTP?
FTP stands for “File Transfer Protocol”, and is used to transfer fines from your computer, to our server. To transfer files with FTP, you need to use appropriate software. For small jobs (Like uploading just a few files), you can use our online file manager, accessible from the accounts page in the client area, or from the control panel.
For larger transfers (Such as backups and major updates to your website), we recommend that you use FileZilla, the desktop FTP client. Once you install FileZilla, enter the following information in the top section to login

Host: ftpupload.net
Username: The username of your account from the client area
Password: The password of your account from the client area
Port: 21
Once you are logged in, drag and drop the file you want to upload from the left panel (Your PC) to the right panel (The TinkerHost Server). Make sure that you upload your files to the "htdocs" folder, (Or the <domainname>/htdocs" folder). Otherwise, your website will not load as intended.
