How do I permanently delete my TinkerHost Account?
Sorry to see you go. You can delete your account by accessing your account settings from the dropdown menu located in the upper right of every client area page. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and submit the form to delete your account. Your account information may be retained for a short period of time for legal reasons.
Can I recover my deleted TinkerHost Account?
If you deleted your primary TinkerHost account by mistake, we will be able to recover part of your account if you submit a request within 30 days. (Deleted hosting accounts cannot be recovered). Please email us at hello@tinkerhost.net with your request. Recovery requests made one month after deletion unfortunately cannot be satisfied, as all data will be permanently removed from our servers by that time.
