Is my account actually deleted?
Deleted accounts appear in the client area’s “My Accounts” page within a special section for deleted accounts. If your account’s status icon says “Deleted”, then your account has been deleted. If it says something else (Like “Deactivating” or “Suspended”), your account is not deleted.
My account is deleted, can I recover it?
Unfortunately, no. When an account has a status of “Deleted”, that means that all of its contents (Including its files and database entries) have been permanently removed from our servers. Unfortunately, there is nothing that we can do to recover an account that has been deleted.
If a free subdomain name was connected to the account, it is no longer connected to the account, and can be registered by a different, active account.
If a custom domain name (like “example.com”) was connected to the account, it has been released, and can be used again on a different account.
