How to add your domain name to a new account
To create a new account with a custom domain name, open the “New Account” page and select the “Custom Domain” tab near the top of the screen. You must have your nameservers set to ns1.thsite.top and ns2.thsite.top in order to connect your domain to TinkerHost.
After adding your domain to your account, it can take up to 72 hours before your domain starts working on your account.
How to add your domain name to an existing account
To add your custom domain to an account that already exists, start by opening the control panel for the account you want to add the domain to. Then see the list below.
- Select “Addon Domains” if you want this domain to be separate from other domains already on your account.
- Select “Parked Domains” if you want this domain to use the same files as a different domain on your account.
After you select an option, enter your domain name into the form and submit it. Your domain’s nameservers must be set to ns1.thsite.top and ns2.thsite.top in order to add your domain name to your account.
After adding your domain to your account, it can take up to 72 hours before your domain starts working on your account due to DNS propagation.
